Goal oriented strength & flexibility training for movement lovers

Follow along & self guided stretch & strength classes for adults all ages and abilities. It doesn’t matter if you want to improve your mobility basics and touch your toes for the first time, learn the splits in your 30’s or  learn to combine lifting & flexibility, we have a programme for you.

Our self guided programmes :
  • Beginner calisthenics – Learn the fundamental calisthenics skills of chin ups, push ups, dips, L sits , pistol squats & more in this 12 week programme. Track your reps, weights and your progress  in the app as the weeks go on.
  • STRONG – If you love lifting but struggle knowing how to incorporate flexibility this programme is for you. This programme increases strength & muscle while developing flexibility at the same time through specific programming over 12 weeks.
  • The daily 6 – Sometimes you need to start small. 6 minutes of daily mobility 6 days a week for a month to create a habit and learn just how good it feels to move your body
  • Handstand balance , L sit, Forearm stand , V sit programmes – 10-20 minute skills sessions you can add onto the front of any programme.
Our speciality flexibility, handstand & bodyweight classes are not your usual follow along classes. Programmed to work specifically towards individual skill based goals , the classes get harder as you get stronger. Sophie joins you every step of the way & a big focus is placed on understanding technique, learning about the movements & having fun.
Classes you can find on the app:
  • Mobility basics – 10 weeks of 2-3 ,20 minute classes a week covering the mobility fundamentals. Improve your hamstring flexibility & finally touch your toes, understand what is making your hips so tight & get rid of your stiff spine & shoulders. Learn as you stretch with this series and unlock movement freedom without the BS.
  • Splits classes  for Front splits , Middle splits & pancake. These 4-8 week series of classes  breakdown what muscles are involved in developing a perfect split and blend strength & flexibility through smart, progressive programming to get you to your goals. Beginner and intermediate classes available.
  • Embrace 10 for 12 – 12 days of 10 minute daily mobility. If you need a place to start , try here. A range of classes to make moving a habit.
  • Plus a library of classes to choose from when you need a quick mobility fix including hips, hamstrings, full body and even  running warm ups and cool downs
